The Profiling Process


Job Profile
BLF provides clients with a simple survey form consisting of questions about the position. Following analysis of this data, a custom job profile that defines the traits of the ideal candidate is generated.

Candidate Profile
The next step is to measure the personality traits of prime candidates. After the candidates complete the profile form, an analysis of the data determines their personality profiles.

Profile Comparison Chart
We then match the two profiles to show how closely candidates' profiles fit the ideal job profile. In this way, a quick, accurate compatibility assessment is obtained for each candidate.

Behaviour-based Interviews
To increase the accuracy of the results, we provide behaviour-based questions to ask during the interview process. Based on the premise that past behaviour is the best predictor of future performance, these questions focus on a candidate's specific, work-related job experiences and give an accurate indication of the candidate's future behaviour and likelihood of success.

Ongoing Feedback
Even after candidates are hired, we can continue to give feedback about their interaction with co-workers, we can also measure the results of entire teams to improve their interaction, communication and productivity.
